Our company provides a full range of services to the oil & gas industry, which includes the following: simple cursory checks, full detailed ownership reports, leasing and lease records keeping, well unit proposals, working interest negotiations, detailed division orders, settling location damages and pipeline right of ways, seismic permitting, due diligences on acquisitions, and extensive Oklahoma Corporation Commission land representation. United Land Company, LLC is owned and directly supervised by William Kim McPherson, William Russell McPherson, and Albert Trey Moskau, III. Mr. Kim McPherson has a Petroleum Land Management degree and 34 years of experience as a company landman, land manager and independently contracted landman. Mr. Russell McPherson has a B.B.A. degree and 13 years of experience as a land manager and independently contracted landman. Mr. Trey Moskau has 4 years of experience as a land manager and independently contracted landman. United employs multiple attorneys and over 75 full time employees and independent contractors, both in house and in the field, with extensive experience in the above referenced oil & gas land services. Areas of Operation United Land Company, LLC has extensive land experience in Oklahoma, Kansas and the panhandle of Texas. We have also managed projects in North Texas, Arkansas, and Washington State.
